Estimates

Estimates are free and provided in writing after a walkthrough. Prices are valid for 30 days and assume the scope described in the estimate.

Scheduling & access

Work is scheduled once the estimate is approved. Exterior schedules may shift with weather. Please provide safe access to the work areas on the agreed dates.

Payment

A deposit may be required for larger projects, with the balance due on completion. Accepted payment methods are listed on your estimate.

Workmanship warranty

Our labor is warranted as stated in your written estimate. The warranty does not cover damage from structural movement, moisture intrusion or normal wear.
